Accessory Workout

Warm Up:
20x BW Lunges
3x10 KB Swings HEAVY
BB Complex at 45 lbs., 6 ea.: Hang Snatch/ OH Squat/ Jerk/ Clean

Main Set:
Power Clean to 1RM

Accessory:
Unilateral Hip Thrusts 10x10
Crunches 4x25

Cool Down:
Stretch and foam roll
