ME UPPER

Warm Up:
Waiters Carry 3x20m
Med Ball Pushpress 2x5

Main Work:
Bench Press to 1RM (Assisted w/ grey bands)

Accessory:
Push Press 4x6
Underhand Lat Pull Down 4x10
Face Pulls 2x15
DB 1 1/2 Shrugs 2x20
Lat Drop Set 5x10

Cool Down:
Stretch and Foam Roll
