WOD 7/9/13

ME UPPER

Warm Up:
100x Pull Aparts
Seated DB Snatch 3x1

Main Work:
Resisted Bench to 1RM (OB)

Accessory Work:
Arnold Press 3x20
Straight Arm Pull Down 4x15
Overhead Barbell Shrugs 3x10
Curls 4x10
Crunches 3x25

Cool Down:
Stretch and Foam Roll
