Unilateral DB Overhead Extension 1x20, 3x15
Chin-Ups 2x15, 2x10
Ring Dips 5x6
DB Lat Raise 4x25
OH Med Ball Slams 3x6
Cool Down:
Stretch & Foam Roll w/ Emphasis on worked areas
