Snatch Balance 6x2

Main Work:
Squat to 1RM

Accessory:
Zercher Squat 3x6

2x Swiss Ball Leg Curls x15
     Weighted Crunch x25
     Pistol x6 ea.

Cool Down:
Stretch, Foam Roll, Breathing Drills
