ME UPPER

Warm Up:
Shoulder Circles 20x ea.
50x Pull Aparts

Main Work:
Strict Overhead Press to 1RM

Accessory Work:
Close Grip Bench Press 5x5
Kneeling Unilateral Lat Pull Down 4x10
DB Concentration Curl 1x10, 3x10
Unilateral DB Front Raise 3x12

Cool Down:
Stretch & Foam Roll
