Warm Up:
BB Complex @ 45 lbs., 6x ea.

  • Hang Snatch
  • Overhead Squat
  • Back Snatch
  • Front Squat
  • Jerk
Main Work:
Lightened Sumo DL @60% 1RM & Light Bands 10x3
(Should have almost no tension at top)

Accessory:
Glute/Ham Raise 4x10
Standing Calf Raise 4x25
DB Lat Raise w/ slow negative 4x10
Band Pull Aparts 150x

Cool Down:
Foam Roll
