ME LOWER

Warm Up:
Speed Skaters 20x
Unilateral Box Jumps 3x2 ea.

Main Set:
Snatch Grip Rack Pull to 1RM (set pins to shin level where bar would normal sit)

Accessory Work:
Trap Bar DL's 1x10, 5x5
Bench Supported Trap Shrugs 3x30
Rear Pec Dec 2x20
Squat 1x10 (warm up), 1x20 at 10RM AFAP
Ab Rollout 3x12

Cool Down:
Stretch & Foam Roll
