Main Work:
Decline Bench at 70% 1RM 10x2
Accessory Work:
Decline Push Ups 10x10
Horizontal Row 1x10, 3x8
Standing BB Curl 3x21's
Face-Pulls 3x15
Crunches 4x20
Cool Down:
Stretch & Foam Roll
