Zercher Squat to 1RM

Accessory Work:
Trap Bar Deadlift 1x10, 5x5
DB Shrugs 3x20
Rear Delt Raise 3x15
Ab Roll Outs 4x8

Cool Down:
Stretch & Foam Roll
