Low Handle Trap Bar DL to 10RM

Reverse Lunge x10 ea.
Ham Curl x20

Accessory:
Calf Raises 3x12 ss/ Tib Raises x20
Toes to Bar 3x15

Cool Down:
Stretch and Foam Roll
