Warm Up:
Half Kneeling Unilateral Pulldown 3x12 ea.
Pallof Press 3x10 ea.

Main Work:
Bench Press 4x2, 5/3/1

Accessory:
Military Press 3x8
Face Pulls 4x15
Curls 3x10

Cool Down:
Stretch and Foam Roll
